We do not accept returns. We take great pride in producing the highest quality soy candle product available and providing an exceptional customer experience. All of our products are handcrafted, and slight variations from candle to candle are considered a part of the unique process and are to be expected. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of merchandise to ensure resolution.
Any unauthorized cancellations, refused orders, and/or returns will be charged a 30% re-stocking fee + all freight charges.

We will only refund and/or replace products that are defective and/or broken in transit. Freight damages are the responsibility of the carrier.
Damages from shipping must be reported within 5 days of receipt of your shipment. Please forward a photograph of damaged goods with a full description to customercare@thebamaboys.com. Keep all packaging materials and do not use the product until the shipping issue is documented with the carrier.
The Bama Boys Candle Company will file a carrier claim on your behalf. We will replace the damaged goods and/or issue a credit on a future order only.
No refunds will be given. By purchasing our products, you agree that you are knowledgeable about the safe, appropriate storage and use of the products that you purchase.
Additionally, you agree to carefully and mindfully inspect your order upon arrival and you will hold The Bama Boys Candle Company, owners, and employees harmless for any problems that arise from your improper storage and/or use of the products being purchased and/or received.
We make every effort to include this information in our product overview narratives. At this time, The Bama Boys Candle Company is using, almost exclusively, a 464 Soy Wax, which is a high-quality soy wax product. Soy Wax is non-toxic, it burns clean with almost no soot or gummy smoke, and it allows for maximum fragrance throw. Add very long burn times, and a large burn pool, and you've got the ideal candle—which is why we use it. Our soy wax candles are a great way to get a lot of non-toxic light and fragrance into your space.
Some essential oils are actually not designed to be burned, and some oils are actually harmful when ignited. We work with a fragrance company, which designs fragrances specifically for our candles. We do not recommend adding additional oils to our products, as this could cause injury.
Soy wax, every now and then, will produce white marks. The tiny, white looking crystals on the tops and sides of jars are called frosting. It looks much like what can occur on the exterior of fine chocolates. This is a natural characteristic of soy wax and should not be treated as defect or product issue. Frosting on a soy candle does not affect the quality, the burn, or the scent of the candle.
Since soy wax has a lower melting point than paraffin wax, it can release excess (fragrance) oils which it cannot hold (usually due to extreme temperature changes due to shipping - i.e. going from hot trucks to an air-conditioned environment or going from cold trucks in the winter to heated environment). You can leave it or wipe it out with a tissue or paper towel. Wet oil spots on a soy candles doesn’t affect the burn quality or scent. Typically, the oil drops will not appear again after your first burn. For optimum performance of soy candles, please store in a cool area out of in-direct and direct sunlight.
